Yoga & Fitness

Growing a baby and raising a baby can be all consuming. Take care of your mind and body while having some “me” time in a community of others navigating this same stage of life.

Bigger Baby & Beyond

Going back to work, developmental milestones, exploring your values, building your parenting “chops” and settling into your new normal. We’re here to add insight and reduce the “how come nobody ever told me” feeling as much as we can.
