
This is an invitation to turn inward, toward each other, and create an intentional space for each other as you prepare for the journey ahead.
Siddhi and Simone will guide you through a series of partner yoga movements, breathwork, connection and open sharing exercises.
Unique to this class are the partner postures where the couple supports each other to open, strengthen and to relax their bodies.
Tools and exercises learned in this class can be brought home and use throughout pregnancy, during labour and beyond.
The focus is to create a space for couples to look toward each other, take pause, reflect on the transformation at hand, celebrate each other, and set intentions on how to show up for each other as you become a parent, together.
We keep this class small – no more than 7 couples – to foster meaningful discussion in an intimate environment. You can take this class once, twice, or several times in pregnancy. Couples will likely experience it differently at each phase of pregnancy they are in. We encourage all that are interested to join regardless of yoga background – the poses are supportive and will meet you where you are at.
