Our Parenting with a Purpose group is a space for parents of babies to preschoolers to explore their parenting journey in a new and in depth way. Whether your baby is just shifting into their toddler phase, or you have one or more kids that are preschoolers, this group is about giving you the space to process and the skills to navigate life as a parent.
This skills-based hybrid support/parenting education group is influenced by mindfulness practices and engages other evidence-based forms of introspection. Together we will dive into concepts around positive parenting skills, relationship skills, and self-reflection. We will explore connecting relationships with children, confidence in how to parent your unique child, learning about your personal core values, and how to filter out “too much” information and tap into your own intuition, and more.
Each group is led by a seasoned and skilled facilitator who has hard-earned parenting stripes and more than a decade of experience leading groups.
