Designed for mothers beyond the postpartum period and in the daily swing of life with young kids, in this 75-minute class you’ll learn and practice the powerful breath work and exercises of Foundation Training — alongside Erin’s unique adaptations keeping in mind the daily life of people who have hold their little ones and do all the other less-that-ideal body movements associated with parenting– to create and maintain deep, integrated muscular strength throughout your body. This simple, yet challenging work is taxing and nourishing all at the same time.
This class is a great way to improve posture and movement patterns, gain deeper awareness of your breath and body and give your body a much needed, weekly reset to keep you centered, present and strong.
