
This workshop is here to help you make informed decisions in your quest to get a better rest, as a family. We will delve into the science of infant (and adult!) sleep, shake out myth from fact, break down the most commonly recommended — but not necessarily well-advised — techniques, and explore common underlying reasons why an infant might not be “sleeping like a baby” — and then work through a case study or two from class participants.
