In this course we will focus on the simple, yet incredibly important piece of postpartum recovery which is not a re-integration of the deep core of the body, including the diaphragm, deep abdominals and pelvic floor. A birthing body is designed to heal and restore after having a baby, but it’s important to give it adequate time and gentle, healthy movements to encourage the process.
In this 6-week series, you will practice powerful and restorative breathwork and postures aimed at re-integrating the deepest muscular chain in your body that is essential for proper support and healthy movement.
Based on the principles of Foundation Training and breath work modifications created by Erin, she’ll teach you the methods she used to heal her own rectus diastasis and pelvic floor injuries. You’ll leave each week with simple homework exercises that can easily be integrated throughout your day and time with baby. Restore your deepest core and pelvic floor so you can move and live with strength and confidence.
