As people doing our part to support new and expecting parents through a major stage of life, we do our best to hold space for others, and yet we often don’t have space held for ourselves. This is an offering to the professional community to take time for yourself, pause, reflect, and enjoy a professionally facilitated discussion with people who “get” what you are going through.
Our typical group structure includes:
- Centering, grounding introductions
- Check in’s and intention setting
- A hot tea break
- Facilitated conversation on topics of interest to the group
It’s important to know that while this group is intended for professionals serving families from pre-conception through the early years of life, this is NOT a networking group. It’s facilitated by a clinical psychologist and is intended to be a safe space to discuss and process things that birth, postpartum, and early parenthood professionals experience – or, just to process “life.”
